The Liberty Alliance showed signs of a counterattack with the introduction of KARMA and the third generation Hexa Gear developed by Earthcline Biomechanics. However, SANAT recognized this as a serious threat and seized the Voltrex manufacturing facility that was preparing for mass production, and hurried to seize Zoatex technology and implement it independently. The stolen Voltrex then appeared as the trigger for an unprecedentedly serious situation. During a battle over a certain crystal furnace, the red dragon annihilated without a trace an entire battalion of Lord Impulse, who had achieved great success up to that point, and descended as the ultimate guardian.

While this unit uses the frame structure of the Voltrex, its functions have been significantly transformed.
